A Regenerative Approach to Under-Eye Rejuvenation

What Is PRF?
PRF, or platelet-rich fibrin, is produced by drawing a small amount of your blood and processing it to concentrate platelets and other components within a fibrin matrix.
Platelets release growth factors involved in normal tissue repair and regeneration. When PRF is introduced into targeted areas, these signals can support collagen production and gradual improvement in skin quality.
Because PRF is derived from your own blood, there is no synthetic filler material being introduced.
Why Is PRF Used Under the Eyes?
The skin around the eyes is exceptionally thin, making changes in volume, pigmentation, blood vessels, and skin quality particularly noticeable.

What Is PRF Gel?
PRF Gel is a thicker, gel-like form of platelet-rich fibrin designed to combine the regenerative benefits of PRF with additional structural support. It is created from a patient’s own blood and processed to produce an injectable gel that can be used in areas where both skin quality and subtle volume restoration are treatment goals.
This makes PRF Gel particularly useful for the delicate under-eye area, where changes in skin quality and volume loss often occur together.

PRF vs. Under-Eye Filler
PRF and hyaluronic acid filler aren’t interchangeable.
Under-eye filler is designed primarily to replace volume and alter contour. When appropriately selected and placed, results can be visible relatively quickly.
PRF works more gradually by supporting regenerative processes and collagen remodeling.
EZ Gel PRF occupies somewhat of a middle ground, providing more structural support than liquid PRF while remaining an autologous, blood-derived treatment.
Which approach is most appropriate depends on your anatomy, skin quality, degree of volume loss, treatment goals, and medical history.
What Should I Expect After PRF Under-Eye Treatment?
Because the under-eye area is delicate, temporary swelling and bruising can occur after treatment. Swelling is often most noticeable during the first few days and gradually improves.
Unlike traditional filler, PRF results develop progressively as the tissue responds and collagen remodeling occurs. Some patients benefit from a series of treatments rather than a single session.

Is PRF Right for My Under-Eye Concerns?
