The Vega Collective – Membership Program

The Vega Collective is a membership program that provides patients with all the incredible benefits of Vega Vitality. Members will receive friends & family pricing, discounts on packages, exclusive access to promotions, ZO® Skin Health’s “Getting Skin Ready” travel-sized products to help kick off their medical-grade skincare regime, and many other perks! 

We have designed The Vega Collective for patients who understand the time and value of optimal correction. They understand the investment and proactive measures of laser and microneedling treatments to boost collagen, ULTHERAPY® treatments to improve skin’s elasticity, and neurotoxin to improve and avoid static lines. They understand that medical-grade skincare products only improve the benefits of their aesthetic treatments, and they are looking to make an investment in the health and youthfulness of their skin.

Membership benefits & Limitations

  • 45-min Treatment Plan Appointment (TPA) – Review medical history, determine aesthetic goals, create a customized treatment plan, and receive a complimentary Vitamin B12 injection (The TPA can be omitted for Vega Vitality’s regular patients.)
  • $11/unit Neurotoxin offered at Vega Vitality
  • 10% off syringes of dermal filler offered at Vega Vitality
  • 50% (1) 50min HydraFacial or Vega60 (a customized facial)
  • 10% off skincare products offered at Vega Vitality (Discounts will be applied to in-store purchases only. Online purchases are excluded.)
  • $200 off a package – Excluding VI Peel Series, HydraFacial packages, or a Bridal / Event Package
  • Vega Vitality Membership Welcome Kit including ZO Skin Health “Getting Skin Ready” products (includes travel-sized products and a Vega Vitality make-up bag) and other fun Vega Vitality swag. (Membership Welcome Kits will only be received at membership initiation.)

Annual Membership Fee: $1,000

Membership Terms & Conditions:

  • Vega Vitality will no longer be offering Friends & Family rates outside of The Vega Collective.
  • The membership benefits listed above can only be redeemed by the owner of the membership. The membership benefits are non transferable.
  • The membership term is 12-months from the start date of membership (listed above.)
  •  Membership will auto-renew at the end of the annual term. $1,000 will be charged to the card on file on the one-year renewal date.
  • Membership can be canceled within the 12-month term, but no refunds will be awarded. The annual membership fee is non-refundable.
  • To cancel a membership, members MUST submit a written termination request (to info@vegavitality.com) on or before 30-days prior to the renewal date.
  • Packages purchased using the $200 membership promotion will expire on the last day of the renewal date and cannot transfer to the following year unless the Owner makes an exception.
  • Vega Vitality reserves the right to change practice policies, regulations, and pricing. Pricing will be consistently available to members via the website and upon request.
  • If a membership is purchased for a patient as a gift, the member’s full name, DOB, contact information, credit card information, and Vega Vitality Membership Agreement MUST be provided and signed prior to treatment.
  • If a member’s contact information or credit card information changes, members are required to update Vega Vitality of changes within 7 business days.
  • If Vega Vitality is mandated to close due to State or City regulations due to the COVID-19 pandemic, memberships will be frozen until the office can reopen. All-time that is “lost” due to the practice’s closure will be added to the end of the membership term. No refunds will be rewarded. The Owner has the right to close the practice due to the recommendations of the State of Massachusetts and the City of Boston. Decisions will be made based on the health and safety of the Vega Community.

At Vega Vitality, your health and safety are our top priority. With all the treatments and services offered at Vega Vitality, you will be in the best hands. Our practitioners are highly educated and experienced in their fields. We also are taking the COVID-19 pandemic very seriously. We have created a Practice Protocol that is updated as recommendations from the Center for Disease Control (CDC), the State of Massachusetts, and the City of Boston are released. We want our patients to feel safe, stress-free, and excited for their treatment.
