Booking & Cancellation Policy:
Credit card information will be required when booking. If you have not provided your credit card information or received an appointment confirmation, your appointment has not been booked. We are unable to hold appointment times while waiting for credit card information from patients. Appointment booking is based on a first-come, first-served basis.
For new patients, we also require a full name, DOB, e-mail, and phone information. Our Electronic Medical Record (EMR) and Secure Pay software will securely store information on file.
We require a minimum of 48-hour notice when canceling or rescheduling appointments. Failure to adhere to this policy will result in a $250 charge per missed appointment. If you are no longer able to make your appointment, please call, text, or e-mail us to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We very much appreciate your compliance with this policy, so that we can be most efficient with treating available patients.
We will no longer be able to accommodate patients who arrive 15 minutes (or more) late to their appointment. It is important to us that we stay on time for all patients in our practice. We appreciate your promptness.
We welcome well-behaved dogs at our practice. It is the owner/patient’s responsibility to ensure the safety of the Vega community and pick up after their dog.
