Linda joined the Vega Vitality family in 2018 as the Patient Relations Manager. Although it was her first experience in medical aesthetics, the role offered a valuable opportunity to learn the intricacies of both the industry and the business. Over time, Linda built strong relationships within the Vega community, developing genuine connections with patients and colleagues alike. Even while working remotely, patients often asked to meet her in person during their visits, a testament to the warmth and rapport she naturally fostered. The team lovingly replied, “Linda is in the cloud.”
Linda is ASQ certified and holds a Green Belt in Six Sigma from the Management and Strategy Institute, where she earned industry recognition for her problem-solving skills and ability to lead quality improvement initiatives. She previously applied these competencies during her time with Electric Insurance, a subsidiary of GE, and MGH/Northshore Physicians Group. Linda also holds a Certified Medical Administrative Assistant (CMAA) Certificate from the National Healthcareer Association.
Her impact at Vega was quickly recognized, leading to her promotion in 2023 to Vice President of Practice Management. In this role, Linda oversees operations at both Vega Back Bay and Vega Seaport. She serves as the key point person for practice-related matters, including team relations, reporting, and inventory.
Linda is passionate about creating smooth workflows and implementing effective policies that enhance both team efficiency and the patient experience. She takes great pride in her work and always looks forward to seeing patients in person.
Outside of Vega Vitality, Linda loves spending time with her family and friends, soaking in some sun by the ocean, and traveling.
She resides in Beverly with her husband, two children Chris & Ava, and their dog, Lola.
