Leadership

Ashley is a board certified nurse practitioner specializing in cosmetic injectables and medical aesthetic services. Upon obtaining her nursing degree from Arizona State University, Ashley dedicated numerous hours working across the United States as a travel nurse. After traveling extensively throughout the domestic United States, she was offered a job in the Cardiac ICU at Massachusetts General Hospital (MGH). It was an opportunity to work in one of the most reputable hospitals with some of the top medical staff in the country. She joined the team at MGH and planted roots in Boston.

While working at MGH, Ashley began completing medical aesthetic courses and certifications, apprenticing under a plastic surgeon, and working towards her goal of becoming an aesthetic nurse. After five years of training and education, Ashley knew it was time to live out her dream of creating a MedSpa and wellness practice. Her goal was to create a community that revolved around vitality and self-care as key components to leading a healthy and happy lifestyle. In 2016, she founded Vega Vitality.

In 2018, Ashley graduated from the University of Massachusetts Boston with an Master of Science in Adult Health Nursing. She is currently a licensed Nurse Practitioner in the State of Massachusetts.

Ashley is a Galderma GAIN Trainer, and she enjoys working with fellow injectors and being on the cutting edge of the aesthetic industry.

Ashley resides in Back Bay with her husband and daughters, Madison & Chloe, and their cat, Sunday.

Andy is excited to partner with Ashley and Abby to help build Vega Vitality's third location in Cary, NC, and expand the practice to the Research Triangle. Andy is the Medical Director of Vega Fenton and Vega Wellness (NC.)

Andy and Ashley's friendship predates the founding of Vega Vitality. In 2016, shortly after the opening of Vega, Ashley married Andrew’s close childhood friend (he was the best man at their wedding!). The practice's growth has been incredible to witness, and the patient response is amazing. Over the years, there has been much discussion about the possibility of bringing Vega Vitality to North Carolina. Stars finally aligned in 2023 as the decision was made to expand Vega geographically and philosophically. The newest location in Fenton will be Vega Vitality's first presence in North Carolina, bringing a new holistic approach to health and wellness.

Andy has maintained board certification in Internal Medicine since 2014. He is a Philadelphia native who completed his undergraduate training at Duke University before returning to Philly for medical school at Drexel University. He completed his Internal Medicine residency at the University of North Carolina (UNC) in 2014 and subsequently stayed on as clinical faculty, where he continues to practice. He was promoted to Associate Professor of Medicine in 2022. In addition to direct patient care, his responsibilities include leadership roles in clinical operations and patient access.

Andrew’s experience at a large academic institution like UNC gives him a broad perspective on patients' general condition. He is enthusiastic about Vega Vitality because it offers the opportunity to use the most novel medications and medical devices to restore a patient's energy, vigor, and confidence. With over a decade of patient care experience, Andy intends for Vega Wellness to be a thorough and supportive path to helping patients reach their goals.

Andy resides in Durham with his wife, sons Sam and Wes, and his dog, Jackson.

Linda joined the Vega Vitality family in 2018 as the Patient Relations Manager. Although it was her first experience in medical aesthetics, the role offered a valuable opportunity to learn the intricacies of both the industry and the business. Over time, Linda built strong relationships within the Vega community, developing genuine connections with patients and colleagues alike. Even while working remotely, patients often asked to meet her in person during their visits, a testament to the warmth and rapport she naturally fostered. The team lovingly replied, “Linda is in the cloud.”

Linda is ASQ certified and holds a Green Belt in Six Sigma from the Management and Strategy Institute, where she earned industry recognition for her problem-solving skills and ability to lead quality improvement initiatives. She previously applied these competencies during her time with Electric Insurance, a subsidiary of GE, and MGH/Northshore Physicians Group. Linda also holds a Certified Medical Administrative Assistant (CMAA) Certificate from the National Healthcareer Association.

Her impact at Vega was quickly recognized, leading to her promotion in 2023 to Vice President of Practice Management. In this role, Linda oversees operations at both Vega Back Bay and Vega Seaport. She serves as the key point person for practice-related matters, including team relations, reporting, and inventory.

Linda is passionate about creating smooth workflows and implementing effective policies that enhance both team efficiency and the patient experience. She takes great pride in her work and always looks forward to seeing patients in person.

Outside of Vega Vitality, Linda loves spending time with her family and friends, soaking in some sun by the ocean, and traveling.

She resides in Beverly with her husband, two children Chris & Ava, and their dog, Lola.

Linda Suozzo, CMAA

Medical Team

Christina is a registered nurse and a full-time aesthetic injector at Vega Vitality. Christina earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2015. She worked full-time as a dedicated ICU nurse in the Newborn Intensive Care Unit (NICU) at Massachusetts General Hospital for eight years prior to pursuing a long-awaited goal of full time aesthetic nursing.

In 2018, she completed her certification in Botox and dermal fillers. She then started a year-long intensive apprenticeship under Ashley Hilmes, NP. During this apprenticeship, she was able to have critical hands-on training and gain knowledge of all the treatments offered at Vega Vitality. She has now been practicing at Vega Vitality for 5 years, and she has helped expand the businesses dynamic procedure offerings. She thrives at being able to help patients achieve their aesthetic goals. Christina works with her patients to create an aesthetic treatment plan that is conservative yet yields the desired result.

Outside of Vega Vitality, Christina is passionate about spending quality time with her family. She has a toddler who has brought the joy of motherhood into her life. Christina is a lover of all animals, but dogs (and pitbulls specifically) hold a special place in her heart. In the winter you’ll find her traveling to warm places and in the summer at Cape soaking up the sun off the Vineyard Sound in between her work commitments.

Christina Liberty, RN BSN

Aesthetic Nurse - Vega Seaport

Olivia is a registered nurse and a full-time aesthetic practitioner at Vega Vitality. She received a Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2020, graduating magna cum laude.

Olivia has always known working in the aesthetic industry was her passion. She has practiced in the industry for three years in the capacities of aesthetic nursing and as a preceptor. As a preceptor, she has trained some of the region’s top registered nurses and nurse practitioners to perform various aesthetic treatments.

In 2023, Olivia joined the Vega Vitality team, where she broadened her aesthetic knowledge and skill set and completed Vega’s Apprenticeship Program studying under Ashley Hilmes, NP.

Olivia has a conservative approach to aesthetics. She prioritizes one-on-one connection and communication with her patients to set the stage for the best possible outcomes. Olivia specializes in our energy-based treatments.

She loves spending time with family, friends, and her boyfriend, and she enjoys traveling and the beach.

Olivia Curtin, RN BSN

Aesthetic Nurse - Vega Back Bay

Nicole is a Registered Nurse with 7+ years of experience in patient care ranging from busy hospital cardiac floors to surgical operating rooms. She graduated with her BSN from the University of Central Florida in Orlando, Florida and then continued her education here in Boston where she has since completed her Masters in Science and Nurse Practitioner program. She is a board-certified nurse practitioner with focused clinical training in cosmetic dermatology, plastic surgery, and medical-aesthetic specialties. She has been educated and trained by world-renowned leaders in the aesthetics industry, and is skilled in performing a variety of non-surgical cosmetic treatments. In 2021, Nicole left the hospital world behind to become a full-time aesthetic and outpatient plastic surgery nurse.

Nicole has a passion for skincare that began early in her adolescent years at 13 when she struggled with severe, cystic acne. She was able to experience firsthand how improved skin health can positively affect self-confidence. She loves to help patients have that same positive experience. Nicole approaches cosmetic treatments with natural intention by maintaining the utmost respect and consideration for every patient's unique anatomy. She takes her time to get to know her patients and creates tailored treatment plans based on their cosmetic goals that go beyond caring for just what we see on the outside but on the inside as well.

A fun fact about Nicole is that she loves to create art and even qualified to take an advanced college-level art class while still a high school sophomore. Nicole believes her artistic abilities in meticulously analyzing shapes, patterns, tones, light reflections, and proportions are paramount as an aesthetic provider.

Outside of Vega Vitality, she loves visiting her family in Florida and Puerto Rico whenever possible! Nicole is fluent in both English and Spanish.

Nicole Reveron, NP

Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner- Vega Back Bay & Vega Seaport

Evelyn grew up in Cary, North Carolina, and earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from East Carolina University (go Pirates!). With a background in the Pediatric ICU, she developed a strong foundation in patient care, safety, and attention to detail, all of which continue to guide her work in aesthetic medicine.

Her passion for aesthetics began with her own skin struggles, which led her to deeply educate herself on skin health and ultimately pursue a career helping others feel confident in theirs. Evelyn has been an aesthetic nurse for the past three years and is known for her gentle touch, natural results, and genuine relationships with her patients. She is passionate about creating transformations with injectables while always prioritizing skin health. Her approach is rooted in education, collaboration, and a deep understanding of facial anatomy, allowing her to build thoughtful treatment plans that support long-term results.

Currently pursuing her Family Nurse Practitioner degree at Simmons University, Evelyn remains committed to learning and growing to better serve her patients. She’s thrilled to be treating patients in her hometown at Vega Vitality Fenton.

Outside of work, you can find her traveling with her husband, thrifting for hidden gems, spoiling her nieces and nephews, or squeezing in a Pilates class.

Brittany grew up in Upstate New York and earned her Bachelor of Science in Health Science from Keene State College. She later returned to school to pursue an Associate Degree in Nursing at SUNY Adirondack. In 2023, she moved to Raleigh, North Carolina, where she began her nursing career in the Emergency Department at Duke University Hospital. This experience gave her a strong foundation in patient care, safety, and attention to detail, all of which continue to guide her work in aesthetic medicine.

In 2024, Brittany transitioned into aesthetics, a field that perfectly combines her passion for science with her lifelong love of art. She enjoys using her clinical knowledge and artistic eye to help patients enhance their natural beauty, feel confident, and receive care that is thoughtful and individualized.

Committed to continuing her education, Brittany earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of North Carolina Wilmington in May 2026. She plans to further advance her career by returning to school to become a Nurse Practitioner.

Outside of work, Brittany loves spending time with her family and her German Shepherd, trying new restaurants around Raleigh, and continuing to explore everything North Carolina has to offer.

A nurse practitioner and registered dietitian with more than 25 years of experience, Robyn specializes in using medical science, hormone therapy and psychopharmacology to support her patients in the areas of eating disorders, body image, perimenopause and menopause. Robyn led the industry as the first dietitian to become a nurse practitioner. Combining these degrees and modalities allows her to see patients through these dual lenses, enhancing and elevating the quality of care they receive. Robyn employs a patient and mentoring approach in her work. Her varied work background — as staff nurse, nurse practitioner, cardiac dietitian, and nutrition consultant to schools, hospitals, and professional sports teams — has given her a unique ability to achieve positive patient results. Building on her expertise in both nursing and dietetics, Robyn has pursued advanced training in women’s health through the Heather Hirsch Acadamy. She is passionate about helping women navigate perimenopause and menopause, integrating her knowledge of medical science and clinical practice to create personalized, evidence-based care. Robyn is especially committed to supporting women in understanding their options for hormone therapy and psychopharmacology and how lifestyle, nourishment, and a collaborative care model can work together to improve quality of life during this transition. Her comprehensive and compassionate approach empowers women to feel informed, confident, and supported in their health journeys.

A sought-after speaker at industry conferences and events, Robyn has appeared on both television and radio and has been quoted in Boston Magazine, National Geographic, Apple News+, Fitness Magazine, Fox News, Oxygen Magazine, The Boston Herald, The Boston Globe, ADVANCE for NP’s & PA’s, Today’s Dietitian and other national and local media.

Robyn attained her FNP with a BSN and MSN in nursing, and earned a BS in Dietetics from the University of Connecticut. She has been credentialed as a Certified Specialist in Sports Dietetics through the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics and a Certified Eating Disorders Registered Dietitian through the International Association of Eating Disorder Professionals.

Haley was born and raised on Long Island, NY. She attended the University of Virginia, where she graduated with her Bachelor of Science in Nursing. Before attending Drexel University for her master’s, Haley spent eight years working as a bedside nurse, primarily in pediatrics. While in NP school, Haley completed an elective dermatology rotation, which sparked her interest in the aesthetics field. Since then, she has pursued further education and training in aesthetics to combine her passion for skincare with her medical background.

Haley’s approach to aesthetics is rooted in the joy of helping others feel confident in their skin. She’s passionate about enhancing each patient’s natural beauty and takes a personalized, thoughtful approach to every treatment plan. With over 30 years of experience as an esthetician, she is committed to crafting personalized treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs. Her meticulous attention to detail and warm, approachable demeanor make her an outstanding practitioner.

Having lived in six states, Jill has called Massachusetts home for the past 20 years. In her free time, she enjoys relaxing with her husband and their beloved pets, Bran and Josey Wales.

Jackie graduated from the Elizabeth Grady School of Aesthetics in December 2022, where she specialized in advanced skincare treatments and procedures. During her schooling, Jackie gained valuable experience working as a patient coordinator and aesthetician in a plastic surgeon's office, where she assisted with procedures like microneedling, EmSculpt Neo®, CO2 laser, DiamondGlow® facials, custom facial treatments, eyelash and brow tinting, and more.

Jackie loves exploring Boston's vibrant culinary scene outside of work, constantly seeking out new restaurants to try. She cherishes spending time with her sister and friends, whether getting together for lots of laughs or planning their next travel adventure. Jackie's passion for skincare and beauty is endless. She is committed to continuing education and staying on top of the latest advancements in skincare and aesthetics to ensure that she delivers the highest quality of care and results to her patients. Allie is a licensed esthetician specializing in lash extensions - classic & volume, lash lifts & tints, facials, body waxing, and airbrush tanning. Allie owned and operated her business, Lashes by Allie, inside of Vega Vitality for many years, and she has always been a member of the Vega Vitality community. She recently joined the Vega Vitality team, and she is thrilled to meet even more Vega patients. Allie is the recipient of the 2018 Best of Boston award for lash extensions by Boston Magazine. Her outstanding customer service, efficiency, results-based treatments, and engaging personality have helped Allie build an extensive list of satisfied patients. Allie lives in Seaport.

With over 12 years of dedicated expertise in the field of aesthetics, Crystal has merged her passion for relationships with the artistry of rejuvenation. She stands firmly behind her belief system of “maturing gracefully” and specializes in anti-aging treatments with a knowledge of skin care products that is unmatched.

She was first drawn to aesthetics by the idea that she could make anyone feel as beautiful on the outside as they do on the inside, Crystal started her aesthetics journey by attending Miller Motte College in 2013 where she graduated with honors. Crystal has received and continues to participate in extensive training, obtaining an impressive range of additional certifications in advanced esthetics. Crystal added her Advanced Laser Specialist certifications in 2015 and is dedicated to providing care that prioritizes safety, with an empathetic approach and meticulous attention to detail. Crystal’s ability to connect with clients on a personal level and actively listen to their concerns has earned her a reputation of love and exceptional satisfaction.

When Crystal is not at Vega, you will find her cheering on her son playing in a Major League Rugby game or at Appalachian State University with her daughter cheering on the Mountaineers. She loves to travel, with Australia being her favorite vacation spot so far. Crystal’s passion in life is to help others, and she feels blessed to be able to do it at Vega!

Edie has an extensive background in Executive level, C-Suite, customer service and joined Vega in 2022 after building a successful career in the non-profit trade association sector. Her experience in that space sharpened her ability to deliver exceptional service across a range of industries.

Notably, she supported the New Jersey Food Distribution industry through the passing of the Bag Ban Law and helped navigate the unprecedented supply chain challenges brought on by the global pandemic. Earlier in her career, Edie played a pivotal role in representing New Jersey’s Pharmaceutical and Biotech communities. Guided by the principles that “Patients Can’t Wait,” she collaborated with industry leaders both internationally and domestically to advance policies that protected the industry while ensuring life-changing medications remained accessible to those who need them most.

Additionally, Edie has had a strong focus on membership and events, where she consistently created meaningful programming content and opportunities to connect the broader community with key decision-makers, fostering collaboration and advancing industry goals.

Though she works remotely, Edie enjoys every opportunity to visit Boston and spend time with the Vega team in person.

Edie loves reading, bike riding and spending time with family and friends. She also makes a mean meatball!

After earning her doctorate in physical therapy with honors from Northeastern University, Dr. Jo Moynihan continued her studies with a postdoctoral fellowship study in Orthopedic Manual Therapy and received her nutrition certificate from the prestigious Institute of Integrative Nutrition in New York. Dr. Jo Moynihan is trained in over 100 dietary theories and treats her patients with an individualized approach believing that one size does not fit all.

With an integrative approach to health, Dr. Jo Moynihan works with her patients during wellness and nutrition sessions to address the individual needs specific to each patient. She promotes and practices healthy lifestyle choices through exercise, nutrition, and stress management. Dr. Jo Moynihan is dedicated to empowering others to transform their relationship with food, state of mind, body, movement, performance, and health. Dr. Jo Moynihan uses the latest clinical research, proven theories, and years of experience to care for her patients. Her youthful background as a former professional aerial contortionist, ballroom dancer, competitive gymnast, and varsity softball player, led Dr. Jo Moynihan to the lifestyle she lives today.
