This 4-part workshops series is designed to breakdown the fundamental yoga poses and phrases commonly found in studio classes. You’ll learn the basics postures of Vinyasa flow yoga, be taught structured alignment to keep you safe, and encouraged to ask questions along the way.
These workshops are accessible and encouraged for anyone who identifies as a beginner, or has never set foot on a yoga mat. (Mats will be provided!)
Each session of this 4-part series will focus on a different element of the practice, peaking the last week in a Vinyasa yoga class. You’ll leave the series feeling confident in your knowledge, and ready for the studio (or your own home practice!).
