The VEGA Vitality team will offer head to toe services to help you fully relax, replenish and prepare to shine throughout the winter.

All-Inclusive for $1150 if booked by September 5th  (excluding airfare, 1 lunch & 1 dinner)Deposit of $600 to reserve spot and balance due by October 3rd.If booked after September 5th, price is $1300.

Our lovely cabin is a 5-minute drive to Selfoss with Supermarkets, restaurants and bars. It is a 1.5hr drive from Keflavik International Airport and the Blue Lagoon and a 1hr drive from Reykjavik. Just far enough away to give us the best chance at seeing the Northern Lights!!


Wednesday, November 4th
-Most flights from Boston to Iceland are overnight flights. VEGA team will be flying out of Boston the evening at Nov. 4th to arrive in Iceland VERY early in the morning on Nov. 5th

Thursday, November 5th
-Arrive at Keflavík International Airport Thursday Nov 5th
-Leave airport by 7:30am once all guests have arrived – rental cars driven by VEGA team.
-Breakfast on the way to cabin
Once we arrive at the cabin you will have your option to relax, sleep, read, walk around, get to know each other, go into the nearest town of Selfoss, use spa or sauna…. whatever your heart desires. Lindsay will be sending along some tips for dealing with jet lag. Individual appointments for coaching, nutrition, acupuncture, and/or a skin consultation and peel may also be scheduled this day.
-Lunch at the cabin
-Yoga at 5:30pm
-Dinner (hired Icelandic chef) at our cabin
-Information from VEGA team, demo and education by Lindsay on acupuncture and herbal medicine
-relaxation, a spectacular show from the northern lights and a great nights sleep

Friday, November 6th
-Pilates by Hanneke at 7am
-Breakfast, then leave for Blue Lagoon
-11-5pm  – Blue Lagoon Outing
-Yoga by Ashley at 6pm
-Dinner (hired Icelandic chef) and a nutrition discussion with Robyn
-individual appointments for coaching/nutrition/acupuncture/peels
-relaxation, another spectacular show from the Northern Lights, and a great nights sleep

Saturday, November 7th
-Pilates by Hanneke at 7am
-Group coaching session by Hanneke
-Lunch at the cabin
-Option for hiking and or individual appointments for coaching/nutrition/acupuncture/peels
-Yoga by Ashley at 5pm
-Dinner out in Selfoss or Reykjavik (TBD)
**Option to go to Reykjavik for Iceland Airwaves:

Sunday, November 8th
-Pilates by Hanneke at 6:30am
-Breakfast at the cabin
-Pack up and head to Reykjavik for city tour and lunch
-Return to airport based on flight times, return rental cars
-Arrive safely back home in the late afternoon with renewed energy and gratitude
