Diana Rodgers, RD, LDN, NTP is a “real food” registered dietitian nutritionist focusing on weight loss, intestinal health, and blood sugar regulation. She works with clients one-on-one to come up with a diet that will work for them, centered around whole food like fresh vegetables and fruit, grass-fed meat and wild seafood, and healthy fats while limiting processed food and refined sugar.
