Beth Reardon, MS. RDN is a Boston-based nutritionist who recently relocated from her home in Chapel Hill, North Carolina; where she held the position of Director of Integrative and Functional Nutrition at Duke Integrative Medicine. As a regular contribute. to the Integrative Health Coach Training Program, Physician Assistant Degree program, and Integrative Medicine for Professional Practice series. she is known for her impassioned presentations, as well as her ability to translate the science of the field into practical, expert advice.

Beth’s expertise can be found on the Internet as the Senior Nutrition Advisor for, a webtte dedicated to Caregiver support. In print, she has been published alongside the expers in Body and Soul, Experience Life, Men’s Health, Runners World, The Washington Post, and Natural Solutions Magazine, where she also served on the Advisory Board.

In 2010, Prevention Magazine featured the lip the Scales Mindfulness-Based Weight Management program at Duke integrative Medicine, which later inspired Beth’s most recent book.

Her commitment and training in the areas of Integrative Health and Functional medicine is part of her vision to empower people to change how they perceive and define health. with the goal of optimal function and total wellness.

Beth received her undergraduate degree at Cornell University in Nutritional Biochemistry and graduated with honors from the Horace H Beckham School of Graduate Studies, University of Michigan where she completed a Master of Science in Kinesiology. She continues to acquire advanced education and certifications in Integrative and Functional Nutrition through the Institute for Functional Medicine and the Integrative and Functional Nutrition Academy/DIEM, an advanced practice group through the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.
