Meet the Team

Leadership Team

Ashley is a board certified nurse practitioner specializing in cosmetic injectables and medical aesthetic services. Upon obtaining her nursing degree from Arizona State University, Ashley dedicated numerous hours working across the United States as a travel nurse. After traveling extensively throughout the domestic United States, she was offered a job in the Cardiac ICU at Massachusetts General Hospital (MGH). It was an opportunity to work in one of the most reputable hospitals with some of the top medical staff in the country. She joined the team at MGH and planted roots in Boston.

While working at MGH, Ashley began completing medical aesthetic courses and certifications, apprenticing under a plastic surgeon, and working towards her goal of becoming an aesthetic nurse. After five years of training and education, Ashley knew it was time to live out her dream of creating a MedSpa and wellness practice. Her goal was to create a community that revolved around vitality and self-care as key components to leading a healthy and happy lifestyle. In 2016, she founded Vega Vitality.

In 2018, Ashley graduated from the University of Massachusetts Boston with an Master of Science in Adult Health Nursing. She is currently a licensed Nurse Practitioner in the State of Massachusetts.

Ashley is a Galderma GAIN Trainer, and she enjoys working with fellow injectors and being on the cutting edge of the aesthetic industry.

Ashley lives in Back Bay with her husband and daughters, Madison & Chloe.

Ashley Hilmes, NP

Founding Partner, Medical Director & Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner

Abby is responsible for the business operations, financial, legal, regulatory & compliance, and people relations aspects of the practice. She oversees short and long-term strategies, executes systems implementation, and consistently improves organizational behavior and operational efficiencies within the practice. Abby has worked closely with her business partner, Ashley Hilmes, NP for 6+ years to grow the practice into what it is today and ensure the practice runs seamlessly.

Abby graduated summa cum laude from Boston College with an Master of Science in Leadership & Administration and cum laude from Regis College with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication with a minor in Business. She holds a certificate in The Science of Well-Being from Yale University, and she recently completed The Evolved CEO Program. Before joining the Vega Vitality team, Abby worked at Morgan Stanley, Fidelity Investments, athenahealth, Trinity Life Sciences, and Reebok.

She works remotely, but she loves trips to Boston to visit her incredible team. Abby is passionate about supporting animal rescues, and she fosters dogs as often as possible. She loves spending time with her friends & family, being a stepmom, continuing her education, and traveling the world.

Abby lives in South Durham, NC with her husband and their dogs, Isla Gray & Rio Sky.

Abby Cushman, MS

Managing Partner

Linda has worked in many capacities throughout her career. The common thread in all her positions is her love for working with people and being part of a team. She has held several management jobs, including managing a busy hair salon and an insurance company. She recently worked at one of the most prestigious hospitals in the country, Massachusetts General Hospital (MGH.) During her ten years at MGH, she worked as the Overnight Unit Coordinator for the Cardiac Intensive Care Unit. Craving a more normal daily schedule, Linda decided to join Vega Vitality in November 2018. Linda is thrilled to be a part of such a wonderful team, and she loves connecting with Vega Vitality's patients.

She loves spending time with her family and friends and traveling.

She lives in Beverly with her husband, two children Chris & Ava, and their dog, Lola.

Linda Suozzo, CMAA

Vice President of Practice Management

Medical Team

Christina is a registered nurse and a full-time aesthetic injector at Vega Vitality. Christina earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2015. She worked full-time as a dedicated ICU nurse in the Newborn Intensive Care Unit (NICU) at Massachusetts General Hospital for five years following her graduation. While she loved the intensity of working in the NICU, she always wanted to pursue a long-awaited goal of aesthetic nursing.

In 2018, she completed her certification in Botox and dermal fillers. She then started a year-long intensive apprenticeship under Ashley Hilmes, NP - Vega Vitality’s Founder. During this apprenticeship, she was able to have critical hands-on training and gain knowledge of all the treatments offered at Vega Vitality. After completing her apprenticeship, Christina was asked to join the team as a full-time employee. She has been practicing, at Vega Vitality, for 2+ years. She thrives at being able to help both women and men achieve their aesthetic goals. Christina works with her patients to create an aesthetic treatment plan that is conservative yet yields the desired result.

Outside of Vega Vitality, Christina is passionate about working part-time at the NICU and supporting animal rescue shelters. She loves to travel, be in the sunshine (with SPF, of course), and spend lots of time by the ocean.

Christina lives in the Seaport with her boyfriend, son, Beckham and Pitbull rescue, Chance.

Christina Liberty, RN BSN

Aesthetic Nurse

Chantal is a registered nurse and a full-time aesthetic injector at Vega Vitality. She specializes in lip enhancements, full-face rejuvenation, and advanced skin care treatments. Her approach to aesthetics is conservative, intending to enhance the patient's natural beauty.

Chantal received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences in 2014. Chantal has a background in Allergy and Plastic Surgery. Her passion for aesthetic nursing and skincare began while attending nursing school. She completed a year-long intensive apprenticeship under Ashley Hilmes, NP - Vega Vitality’s Founder. During this apprenticeship, Chantal was able to have critical hands-on training and gain knowledge of all the treatments offered at Vega Vitality. After completing her apprenticeship, Chantal was asked to join the team as a full-time employee. She has been practicing, at Vega Vitality, for 2+ years. Chantal has had extensive training with some of the most well-known injectors in the industry, and she is consistently learning the cutting-edge and most effective treatments for her patients. Her personal approach to injectables is always conservative, patient-oriented, and focused on safety.

In her free time, Chantal enjoys traveling and trying new restaurants in Boston.

Chantal DiSarro, RN BSN

Aesthetic Nurse

Olivia is a registered nurse and a full-time aesthetic practitioner at Vega Vitality. She received a Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2020, graduating magna cum laude.

Olivia has always known working in the aesthetic industry was her passion. She has practiced in the industry for three years in the capacities of aesthetic nursing and as a preceptor. As a preceptor, she has trained some of the region’s top registered nurses and nurse practitioners to perform various aesthetic treatments.

In 2023, Olivia joined the Vega Vitality team, where she broadened her aesthetic knowledge and skill set and completed Vega’s Apprenticeship Program studying under Ashley Hilmes, NP.

Olivia has a conservative approach to aesthetics. She prioritizes one-on-one connection and communication with her patients to set the stage for the best possible outcomes.

She loves spending time with family and friends, and she enjoys traveling and the beach.

Olivia Curtin, RN BSN

Aesthetic Nurse

Maggie is a full-time Aesthetic provider at Vega Vitality with a background in both Aesthetics and Pediatric Intensive Care Medicine. She graduated from UMass Amherst in 2017 with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, and she is currently completing her Doctorate in Nursing and Family Nurse Practitioner degrees.

Maggie has worked at both UCLA Children’s Hospital and Boston Children’s Hospital in their Pediatric ICUs, where she developed a passion for patient care, research, and a meticulous eye for detail. This attention to detail translated seamlessly when she made the decision to transition into Aesthetics in January 2022.

Since making this transition, Maggie has worked to continue her education by attending a variety of aesthetic conferences and trainings by master injectors around the country. She also tailors her studies as a DNP/FNP student to focus on areas such as regenerative medicine and skin health.

Maggie cherishes working alongside patients to optimize their features and create natural, beautiful results. She believes in the value of an in-depth consultation, which enables her to learn more about her patients’ goals and establishes trust between the patient and provider.

Maggie is originally from Saratoga Springs, NY, and now lives in Framingham with her boyfriend and two dogs. She has a passion for health, fitness, and reality television (the more mind-numbing, the better!)

Maggie Ricciardi, DNP/FNP-S, RN, BSN

Aesthetic Nurse

Nicole is a Registered Nurse with 5+ years of experience in patient care ranging from busy hospital cardiac floors to surgical operating rooms. She graduated with her BSN from the University of Central Florida in Orlando, Florida. She moved to Boston, where she is studying to further advance her scope of practice within plastic surgery, cosmetic dermatology, and medical aesthetic specialties. Nicole has received training and education from world-renowned leaders in the aesthetics industry, and she is skilled in performing a variety of non-surgical cosmetic treatments. In 2021, Nicole left the hospital world behind to become a full-time aesthetic and outpatient plastic surgery nurse.

Nicole has a passion for skincare that began early in her adolescent years at 13 when she struggled with severe cystic acne. She was able to experience firsthand how improved skin health can positively affect self-confidence. She loves to help patients have that same positive experience. Nicole approaches cosmetic treatments with natural intention by maintaining the utmost respect and consideration for every patient's unique anatomy. She takes her time to get to know her patients and creates tailored treatment plans based on their cosmetic goals that go beyond caring for just what we see on the outside but on the inside as well.

A fun fact about Nicole is that she loves to create art and even took an advanced college-level art class while still a high school sophomore. Nicole believes her artistic abilities in analyzing shapes, patterns, light reflections, and proportions are paramount as an aesthetic provider.

Nicole lives in Kingston with her husband and two dogs, Leela and Ellie. She loves visiting her family in Florida and Puerto Rico whenever possible! Nicole is fluent in both English and Spanish.

Nicole Reveron, RN, BSN

Jill is a Massachusetts State licensed, and board registered aesthetician. She specializes in both medical and traditional skincare. With over two-and-a-half decades of experience, she loves to share her skincare knowledge and help patients find the right regime and treatment program for their individual needs. She is detail-oriented with a soft touch and warm demeanor.

Growing up in Vermont, her love for the outdoors and animals was instilled in her from a very young age. She has a passion for fashion and the arts. She enjoys spending time with her family, working in her garden, and traveling.

Jill lives in Needham with her husband and cats, Bran and Josey Wales.

Jill Ferrigan, LE

Master Medical Aesthetician

Timea is a licensed medical aesthetician who specializes in anti-aging treatments, lasers, and body contouring. She graduated magna cum laude from the University of Southern California with a degree in Psychology. Timea lived in Los Angeles for 13 years before moving back home to Boston to continue her education. She graduated from the Catherine Hinds Institute of Esthetics and National Laser Institute. She is also attended CoolSculpting® University, and she is certified CoolSculpting® specialist. Timea has many years of customer service experience, and she is incredibly passionate about creating patient relationships and treatment plans tailored to each individual's needs. It’s especially fulfilling for her to be able to help patients reach their goals and improve their confidence.

In her spare time, Timea enjoys being with her family, traveling, and discovering new restaurants in her favorite Boston neighborhoods.

Allie is a licensed esthetician specializing in lash extensions - classic & volume, lash lifts & tints, facials, body waxing, and airbrush tanning. Allie owned and operated her business, Lashes by Allie, inside of Vega Vitality for many years, and she has always been a member of the Vega Vitality community. She recently joined the Vega Vitality team, and she is thrilled to meet even more Vega patients. Allie is the recipient of the 2018 Best of Boston award for lash extensions by Boston Magazine. Her outstanding customer service, efficient, results-based treatments, and engaging personality have helped Allie build an extensive list of satisfied patients. Allie lives in Seaport.

Administrative Team

Edie has an extensive background in customer service and spent her career in the non-profit trade association sector. Her trade association work has given her the experience of providing the highest level of customer service, most recently, to those in the food distribution industry during the unprecedented times of the last few years. Before that, Edie had the opportunity to shape how the pharma and biotech communities were represented in New Jersey under the premise of “Patients Can’t Wait.” Her primary focus has been membership and events where she created opportunities to connect the community at large with decision-makers for the advancement of their industries. Edie works remotely, but she loves her trips to Boston to visit the team.

She loves reading, bike riding, and spending time with family and friends. She also makes a mean meatball!

She lives in Hamilton, New Jersey, with her husband and son.

Edie Esposito

Patient Relations Manager

Julia is passionate about community building, relationship management, and connecting people with the resources and tools to live a fully expressed life.

She received an undergraduate degree from Chapman University in California. She then moved to Boston after accepting a Community Organizing fellowship with a Harvard University Innovation Lab Startup. Since then, she has worked for several non-profit organizations.

Julia hosts women's circles and mentors on mindset and emotional sobriety, and she served as a founding member of Boston's first Chapter of the Speaker Sisterhood, a public speaking club that empowers women to find their authentic voice.

In her free time, she enjoys yoga, getting fresh air, and putting her feet in the sand - no matter the time of year.

Julia lives in Back Bay but maintains a West Coast state of mind.
